It all started in October 2001, after a significant milestone in United States history. I was all set to attend a university in Atlanta when I surprised the admission rep with an unexpected question. I told them I could start classes in the next month's cohort but needed a job on campus. I was an international student, so working off campus couldn't be it if I wanted to make some extra bucks.
Luckily, they had a spot for a student worker
