I've sat through my share of Business/Systems Analyst interviews. Often, specific questions are designed to determine if the person has the technical and soft skills to perform in the position.

You can explain the story of how you started your journey into business analytics. Give details as to why you are interested in pursuing a career in the field. Tell the interviewer what inspires you to do your day-to-day job.

The question is not in the form of a question but is an excellent article to review. Until recently, I had never had any DEI-related questions asked. It is a big topic and one that should consider and be prepared to answer even in the BA space. No position should be immune.
